Making money on the side

Wish me luck on my very first mystery shop. I hope it goes well and that I make $15.00.
I still have to fork over $10.50 and wait for my money and reimbursment.
I am a little nervous and worried that someone will think I am being stupid when I ask the questions I am supposed to ask.
I will try my best to act normal.
They said that they want to know what I look like and what kind of clothes I am wearing during the shop.
Is that a little weird?
Here's to money earned. I do believe I will add that money to my challenge total when I receive it.

    Good luck! That's something I've thought of trying myself.

    I do find that request a little weird myself, but then again I don't know what sort of place you're shopping.

    My guess is that they want to know that information so they can have some demographic information. I also think it's probably to help them have an idea of how the employees are preceiving you off of your looks. It may not be right, but we all have first impressions which can sometimes affect actions, service given, etc.

    I agree, I think they want to know what you look like so they can see if employees are treating different-looking customers differently. Like if you are wearing nicer clothes and have your makeup on, maybe they will treat you nicer or assume you can spend more, etc.
