I don't want to take any online classes and they are making me. I figure that I am paying the school to teach me, not for me to teach me. I also have to pay an extra $90 for my online class, which means I am losing twice. I am trying to keep an open mind, but as my meeting with financial aid didn't go as well as I had planned, and that is where I found out about the online class, it is getting harder and harder to do.
Does anyone have any suggestions for dealing with college personnel in getting what you want out of them?

I am currently in college and college has changed much in the internet world. You might be surprised how interactive and intuitive the online courses as there are so many tools for learning now days. Just curious, does the online course requires you to purchase books?
Another thought, you would be saving on gas if you did not have to commute to school and you can pretty much do this on your own timing and pace.
Like you, I prefer in class instead of online as I prefer interaction with the professor and other classmates.

I am driving downtown to go to two other classes.
They told me that they aren't offering another class that I need this quarter. I don't understand why, since fall quarter is the beginning of lots of people's school year. Why wouldn't you offer all classes in the fall?
They also said that I couldn't take some classes that I don't have the pre-recs for, but this quarter, I am taking the fourth computer class in the series, and am taking the first in the series NEXT quarter.
WHAT?
